Return Policy

Conditions for Returns:

Celeste Footwear will replace the merchandise or issue a refund at no cost to the customer if the merchandise is delivered with one of these 2 conditions:

Wrong merchandiseIf you received the wrong merchandise due to our shipping mistake, please notify us by phone within 2 business days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect merchandise at our expense. We will ship you the correct merchandise or issue a full refund including shipping charges if the merchandise is out of stock.

Defective merchandiseIf you received defective merchandise, please notify us by phone within 2 business days. We will assign you an Return Authourization # for you to return the merchansie at our expense.  After we have examined and confirmed the defective merchandise, we will ship out a replacement to you right away.  If the replacement is out of stock, we will refund you the full amount including shipping charges.

No Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Any refused shipment sent back to Celeste Footwear will mean the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.  The difference will be credited back to the customer’s credit card.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery to the customer, regardless of the reason. No refunds will be given.
